We understand that trying out a new therapist is tough, and it takes time to build trust. We also know that studies have shown that the most important factor in predicting therapeutic outcomes is the strength of the therapeutic relationship.
Given that, we offer free consultation calls as we know that the feeling that the “vibe is right” is SUPER important!

No, not at this time. We only currently offer virtual tele-therapy services appointments.
Yes, we take some insurance plans. At this we are currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth health insurance plans. We also accept private pay for those that do not have insurance with one of the providers we are credentialed with.
Please contact us to discuss individual provider rates. For those clients who do not have an insurance plan that we accept, if you would like to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement or potential application to your deductible, we are able to provide a monthly superbill upon request. Acceptance and reimbursement is at the sole discretion of your insurance provider.
We accept credit or debit card payments for all fees and services rendered.
